Custom-made items are usually completed in 1-2 weeks unless I need to order and wait for a specialty fabric for your order.
 
Outer Fabric:
Select "cotton" or "flannel" for the type of of fabric you would like on the outside of your pouch.
Fill out the required field to let me know your preferences for color and style of fabric for the outside of your pouch:Outer fabric color and style preference:Flannel: I use a line of premium flannel that comes in plaid style only - please list one or two colors you'd like for the fabric. E.g. blue, gray and black, red & white, pink, etc.
Cotton: Cotton prints come in a wide array of styles. Please list both the color(s) you would like and a style preference if you have one, e.g. bright floral with no pink, green or brown woodsy fabric, gray & black, bright rainbow, etc.If you're not sure of a specific color, you're also welcome to share about the recipient so I can select some fabric options to show you. E.g., 8 y.o. girl who loves dance, 6 y.o. who loves collecting bugs, for my grandma, etc.
After receiving your order I will be in contact with fabric options to confirm the outer fabric choice.
 
Lining Fabric & Other Materials:
I will choose lining and accent fabrics + zipper and handle to coordinate with your selected outer fabric. If you have a specific color request for any of these please let me know at the time you order.
 
If I do not have a fabric on hand that matches your request and cannot easily get it locally, I will notify you to ask if you would like a specialty order to be placed. Specialty fabric orders incur additional charges and may extend the time it takes to complete your order - I will communicate both of these to you before placing an order for specialty fabric.
 
Once your item is completed I will send you a photo of the finished item(s) to let you know they are completed and ship to you.

Woah - why no returns or exchanges?
Offering returns as a small business is tough as it unfortunately incurs additional time and costs due to chargeback fees, etc. I make only a small profit margin for my handcrafted items and offering returns would require raising my pricing to absorb those costs.

While handcrafted items may have small imperfections and variations from item to item, I have a strong attention to detail and work hard to create high quality products. I also strive to take color-accurate photos and write detailed descriptions of my products so you can feel confident in your purchase.

When shipping items I carefully package them to protect your purchase from rough handling and the elements, but ultimately cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs by the delivery company.
